Strawberry Lemonade

No chemicals. Pure ingredients.

One stick into 16–32 oz of cold water. A powder, not a bottle — nothing to keep cold, nothing to leak.

What’s in the powder — and what it delivers

Nine real ingredients, each earning its place. Tap any one for the mechanism behind it, then scroll down for exactly what one stick delivers.

  1. Coconut water powderThe largest share

What it’s forThe base of the mix.

Why it helpsCoconut water is naturally rich in potassium, which helps your body hold on to the water you drink instead of passing straight through.

  2. Organic cane sugar10–15%

What it’s forA small amount of real sugar — 2 g.

Why it helpsA little sugar helps your body absorb the water and salts faster than plain water does. Just enough to do that, not enough to taste like a soda.

  3. Apple powder10–15%

What it’s forFlavour and natural fruit tartness.

Why it helpsRounds out the taste so the drink isn’t sharp, and brings a little more potassium with it.

  4. Tart cherry powder10–15%

What it’s forThe first of the two recovery fruits.

Why it helpsTart cherry is one of the most studied fruits for recovery: its natural antioxidants target the oxidative stress hard training leaves behind, and it’s linked in research to measurably less delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS) — the deep ache that peaks a day or two after a hard session.

Results across tart cherry studies are mixed, but in one randomized trial, 54 distance runners given tart cherry juice reported far less of a rise in muscle pain after a relay race than the placebo group did. Kuehl et al., 2010, Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition

  5. Lemon juice powder10–15%

What it’s forThe lemonade side of the flavour.

Why it helpsKeeps the drink bright and fresh rather than sweet, and it’s a natural source of vitamin C.

  6. Pomegranate extract powder5–10%

What it’s forThe second recovery fruit.

Why it helpsPomegranate’s polyphenols are studied alongside tart cherry for the same reason: they help neutralize post-exercise oxidative stress, supporting faster muscle recovery and easing the onset of DOMS.

In a study of trained weightlifters, pomegranate juice sped recovery of strength, soreness and inflammation markers within 48 hours of a hard session. Ammar et al., 2016, PLOS ONE

  7. Monk fruit extract5–10%

What it’s forSweetness without the sugar.

Why it helpsMonk fruit is a natural fruit sweetener — it’s how the drink tastes sweet with only 2 g of real sugar and no artificial sweeteners.

  8. Pumpkin seed extract powderUnder 5%

What it’s forA plant source of magnesium.

Why it helpsMagnesium is the mineral muscles need to relax again after they’ve worked — and most people don’t get enough of it.

  9. Pink Himalayan saltUnder 5%

What it’s forWhere the sodium comes from.

Why it helpsSalt is what you lose most of when you sweat — we’ve bumped it up a little so each stick puts back more of it. Still a gentle amount, not a salt bomb.

Amounts are rounded and shown as ranges — the full recipe is ours, but nothing in it is a secret ingredient. Every one is on the pack.

Key benefits

Recovery is the workout you skip

Four things, in amounts that matter.

Hydration

At the cellular level

A balanced electrolyte load paired with a small amount of glucose, so the water you drink actually gets where it's going.

Muscle

Less delayed-onset soreness

Tart cherry and pomegranate, the two fruits most consistently studied for reducing DOMS after hard training, at concentrations you can taste.

Inflammation

Lower oxidative stress

Real fruit extracts, rich in natural antioxidants, to help neutralize the oxidative stress hard training produces.

Function

Nerve & muscle support

230 mg sodium, 400 mg potassium and 15 mg magnesium — a gentle profile, not a salt bomb.

Founding story

I was seventeen, training in Bethesda, Maryland, and looking for something to drink after practice that actually helped me recover.

What was missing

The options were high in sugar, full of additives, and expensive — and the fruits with real recovery research, tart cherry and pomegranate, were barely in any of them.

The build

So I made Restore: low sugar, a gentle electrolyte base, and meaningful amounts of both fruits. Recovery as a daily habit, not an afterthought.

Questions

Good to know

Why is everything a pre-order?

Restore is produced in small batches and supply is limited. Rather than show stock we don't have, every order is placed against an upcoming batch. You'll receive a confirmation email with your ship date once your order is allocated.

How do I pay?

By Zelle, sent from your bank's app to the number shown in the order panel. Put your order reference in the memo so we can match the payment to your order. We never collect or store card details on this site.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

Delivery is free in New York City, and in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia within roughly an hour's drive of our Maryland office. If you're outside that area, go ahead and place the order — we'll email you a delivery quote and a revised total before you send any payment. Don't Zelle us until that's confirmed.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they're received, once the batch is complete. Your confirmation email carries the specific date for your order.

How do I use it?

Serving instructions are printed on each stick packet. One stick pack is one serving.

How should I store it?

Keep pouches in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness. Best before January 2027.

Is it safe for me?

Restore is a food product, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please consult a competent physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications. It is manufactured in a facility that may also process nuts, dairy or soy.
